Osun State School Of Nursing Releases Admission Form

This is to inform all interested applicants and the general public that Osun State School of Nursing has announced the release of application forms for admission into the institution for the 2018/2019 academic session. Applicants who wish to apply for the admission are advised to read through the information below before applying.

Admission  Requirements

Applicants seeking admission are required to pass the following subjects at a minimum of credit level in either WAEC or NECO;

1. English Language

2. Mathematics

3. Biology

4. Chemistry

5. Physics.

Applicants who are still awaiting their results as at the time of applying are not eligible for admission.

How To Apply For Osun State School Of Nursing 2018 Admission

Applicants are to purchase the form/scratch cards at the Osun State School of Nursing, Asubiaro Osogbo or Osun State Ministry of Health at Abere, Osogbo which is located at the state secretariat.

Instruction: Pay at the bank, take the teller to the Osun State Ministry of Health at Abere, Osogbo, with your teller as evidence to collect a scratch card for registration.

ENTRANCE EXAMINATION DATE, TIME AND VENUE

There will be an Oral and Written Examination for all qualified candidates.

The entrance examination into the Osun State School of Nursing, Asubiaro Osogbo for 2018/2019 academic session holds On Saturday 23rd June 2018 at Ataoja HIgh School, Osogbo by 8:00 am prompt.

All prospective candidates to be at the Examination Hall before 8:00 am for checking in.
